Vanke
Vanke is an exhibition incorporating interior design and costume. The kitchen and meeting hall, named Origin, are full of traditional Chinese elements, exploring Tim’s theory “New Orientalism”.
A human costume reflects an environment. When we see it, we will guess the temperature and culture to which it might belong. At their most primitive, costumes protect humans. At the same time they have a life of their own.
Through these concrete objects and spaces, Tim highlights the inner world and landscapes of the human being.
